An Introduction to our cat Loving Team

We are unique in that our entire veterinary team are not only cat parents but also hold additional qualifications in a variety of fields, enabling us to offer a referral service and gold standard level of care in a variety of disciplines. There are 2 main routes for vets taking advanced qualifications: certificate holder and specialist, with the latter being the highest qualification.

    Tamsin Kenny

    Certificate holder : Feline practice

Having always shared a special bond with cats from a young age I had wanted to be a vet for as long as I can remember. I graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2015 and have worked in a variety of vets, from small practices to large hospitals as well as volunteered for charities in the UK and abroad. In April 2021, I started my certificate in Feline practice and my dream to create a cat-only clinic started to become a reality. I have also undergone extensive training in emergency medicine and surgery as well as a variety of more holistic courses such as veterinary acupuncture. I currently live with my 10 mischievous rescue cats, they are my purrbabies and I'm super passionate about providing a service that I would want for my cats, whilst also being kind to the planet. I'm a big believer in preventative holistic health care, good quality diet which is species appropriate and understanding our feline friends behaviour better so we can really let them live their best lives! I also love Yoga and dance and help run the studios @The Courtyard, where the cat clinic is also located

    Luke Dutton

    Specialist: Cardiology

Luke developed a strong interest in veterinary cardiology during his undergrad degree and graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2015. Following his Master’s, Luke stayed at the RVC to complete his PhD, where he modelled feline hypertrophic cardiomyopathy using induced pluripotent stem cells. This cutting-edge research underscored his dedication to finding innovative solutions for cardiac conditions in animals. He then returned to full-time clinical work as a cardiology intern at the Queen’s Veterinary School Hospital, Cambridge before returning to the RVC to embark on an 3-year residency to become a board-certified specialist in veterinary cardiology.  Luke is committed to delivering compassionate and comprehensive patient care, ensuring that each animal receives the best possible treatment. Luke values clear and empathetic communication with clients; helping pet owners understand their pets’ conditions and treatment options. Additionally, he is dedicated to supporting first opinion vets by providing on site specialised cardiology services and advice, fostering a collaborative approach to veterinary care.

    Ashleigh Lemon

Certificate holder + trainee specialist: Dentistry

Ashleigh gained her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Pretoria, South Africa in 2017. In 2018 she worked as a charity Vet whilst completing a Master’s degree in Clinical Pathology. She moved to the UK in 2019 where she worked as a general practitioner in London and soon found her love for Dentistry. She has since completed a year’s internship at DentalVets outside Edinburgh and gained certificates in Small Animal Dentistry and Oral Surgery as well as Anaesthesia and Analgesia. In April 2024 she started her residency in Dentistry, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Dick White Referrals and transferred to the Willows team in July 2025.   Her passion is helping animals have a pain-free mouth, especially cats who are geriatric or have comorbidities. In her free time, she enjoys going to the theatre, relaxing with her 3 cats or running after her Dalmatian.

    Alessandra Pasqua

Her work combines technical expertise with a calm, empathetic approach to patient care and client communication.
